Your body talks. Heat rising in your chest. Hands gripping hard on the wheel. That is not “bad.” That is your intelligent body telling you something needs attention!

I sit beside you and follow that energy. I do not push through it. I do not talk over it. We notice it. Together, we name it. Together, we explore many many different ideas and alternatives to why you grip so hard and when you grip so hard.

The latest research suggested that there’s over 1200 skill sets working together to drive a car.  So the gripping is just one piece of a big big puzzle and together we get to disassemble the puzzle and rebuild the puzzle together, which for me is super super exciting.   And for you, it’s an opportunity to unlock the mystery of this Driving game.

And along the way you start to realize that your intuition your body your mind your energy is the queue is the teacher is the direction that’s telling us the areas where we need to work on.  And the more that you communicate and the better we build our communications together the more both of us can explore these hands, the steering wheel, the front two wheels, your eyes, plus those 1200 more skills.

Step by step. Gentle. You lead. I follow.

Calm is not a speech. Calm is what happens when the right combination of skills are figured out and woven together with a deep understanding as to why you were doing what you are doing.

Everyone’s brain is totally unique as are the accumulated experiences you have so far in your life. For me, to help you untangle and re-pack it so exciting especially when it comes out calm. This is really an interesting journey for me personally and even more exciting is to watch you move from I can’t to I can.

So welcome to the world of calm driving.
