Exercise every day is critical for health. We all know this. Do you do it?
QUESTION: WHAT’S THE TRICK TO STARTING THIS NEW DAILY EXERCISE HABIT?
ANSWER: GLUE IT TO A CURRENT HABIT.
NEW HABIT: I want to exercise everyday starting now.
CURRENT HABIT: Each morning I wake up in bed.
GLUE THE NEW TO THE OLD.
Tomorrow when you wake, relax for a moment.
Next, bring both your knees to your chest and hug both knees. Hold this position for a few minutes and relax into it.
Next, place one leg straight and one knee up to your forehead. Hold this knee here for a moment and relax into it. Repeat with the other leg. Now again, with both legs.
Next, grab both legs and bring your knees back up but spread them far apart. Relax into this position.
Next, grab the front bottoms of your PJs and extend your legs. Both legs up in the air and try and straighten them out as you hang onto the pant bottoms.
Next, place your feet on your bed, lift your hips, hold this position on the bed knees, bend your feet flat and hips up.
Next, roll over and get on your hands and knees. Arch your back into the letter c, slowly.
Next, come slowly back down and arch your back gently the opposite way, bringing your head up. Repeat this slowly a few times.
Your new habit has begun. SUCCESS.
