People say “just practise more. But practising tangled skills often makes them stronger.
So we deconstruct.
You drive. I watch. You say what it feels like inside. I say what I saw outside. We pick one region — maybe lane position, maybe the first second of a left turn, maybe how your eyes jump when a car comes up behind.
We tear that piece apart. We talk in plain words. We brainstorm for possible alternatives. Sometimes we add things, sometimes we change things, sometimes we scrap things and sometimes we just go crazy. You drive it again.
If you find a solution, bravo. If not, we try the next idea.
This is not magic. It is a reconstruction. I use a very simple method to help . We deconstruct any area that you deem or redeem is an issue and we reconstruct it. The reconstruction includes everything that I have learned in road safety work plus everything my previous 500-plus clients have shown me while they found their own path to calm Driving.
I believe the best teacher is your brain, your body and your energy.Your brain already knows when things are not comfortable. My job is to help you locate the few pieces you struggle with and convert them into “I can drive.”
And yes, repetition is the mother of learning and to retain your newfound skills or skill sets for that newfound calm needs some focused, quiet repetition enough that you can keep reproducing and reproducing it and continue forward.
I can drive. So can you.
