So why then do a vast number of drivers involved in a crash speak words similar to being blind? Maybe the answer is found in the vast majority of drivers who don’t crash.
Of the 25,000,000 Canadian drivers, 154,886 were injured in 2017. That’s 0.61% injured and 99.38% not injured. Of the 144,158 collisions in 2017 0.456% collided and 99.54% did not collide. Of the 1,841 who died in 2017, that’s 0.0073% dead and 99.99% not dead.
