To wrap up a lesson effectively, both the client and the trainer take time at the end of the 90-minute session to reflect. The client shares their top 3 takeaways, and the trainer does the same. This practice serves several purposes:

  1. 🧠 It helps compare the client’s self-assessment with the trainer’s observations.
  2. 📈 It gives the trainer insight into the client’s self-evaluation skills, aiding future session planning.
  3. 🔍 It highlights what each party views as the most important aspects of the lesson and identifies any communication gaps.

Just like completing a driving task and reviewing it, finishing a session and taking a moment to reflect and focus on the key issues is helpful. 🚗🛣️
