Watch the hands.

Some people turn a corner like the wheel is a puzzle they have to solve fifteen times. The hands never stop. The brain never gets a rest.

The hands and the brain are in a loop.

Busy hands. Busy mind. Tight chest. Short eyes. Then the next car feels like an emergency.

We do not crush the hands. We notice them.

You name what it feels like. I name what I saw. We try a simpler way. Sometimes we add. Sometimes we scrap. Sometimes we laugh because it looks a bit crazy until it doesn’t.

When the hands settle, leftover attention shows up. That leftover attention is what you need for the Purple Line, the bubble, and the other people.

This is one piece out of 1200 skills. It is a big piece.

Calm hands are not decoration. Calm hands give the brain a chance.

Then the body often quiets on its own.

That is when people start saying it.

I can drive.
