Resisting the Pack Mentality on Vancouver Roads

In the hustle of city traffic, it’s easy to feel pressured to keep up with other drivers. However, this pack mentality can lead to risky behaviours like tailgating and rushing through stop signs. At Cooper’s Vancouver Driving School, I teach students to resist these pressures and focus on safe, mindful driving.

Many students arrive feeling they need to “keep up,” but they leave with the confidence to drive at their own safe pace, free from the influence of others. One student shared, “Cooper showed me how to focus on my own driving instead of being influenced by others.” And yes the social connection is a big part of driving. Come and talk about it today.
