Even when it’s 3 degrees with a wind chill the roads can be ice with temperature -7. Same with bridges or overpasses and underpasses. Also, the temperature is not fixed throughout the entire region. My bathroom is always warmer than my bedroom. Be careful! Be Aware 🙂
