Looking at the stunning comparison of the road systems in The Middle Kingdom compared to Canada or the United States and it’s clear that the scale and magnitude both of the production as well as the wealth expenditures dwarf both Canada and the USA beyond our imagination.
Add to this the extremely low performance and testing requirements to obtain a license, and it’s no surprise that their related crash rate is high, which is generally accepted as being under-reported.
My report on How to get a Driver’s License in the Middle Kingdom is coming soon. I lived in China for Seven years and yes I do have a Chinese Drivers License 🙂 COMING SOON.
WHAT CHANGES DO NEW CANADIANS NEED TO MAKE TO PASS THE SECOND-LEVEL CLASS 5 ‘N” DRIVING TEST?
