man sketched pairs of eyes

Truly the answer to effective driving is EYES. Being completely aware of what you can see and what you cannot see. Also to realize that your BRAIN alters what you see more often than we realize hence coaching practice and training is essential to know and be able to read the situation ahead of you, before you enter. Knowing the strategies and safeguards to protect yourself from your powerful BRAIN is a must for safe driving. Can you list 5 habits that keep you clear of your powerful brains distortions?

A big portion of my training prior to the applied reach studies involved colour, eyes, perceptions and how they all affect our decision-making when driving. When I first enrolled in the course titled DECISION MAKING AND DRIVING a group of senior trainers and myself laughed at the title. Little did we know the jaw-dropping affects our eyes and brain have on our driving. To this very day, I am still surprised each and every time I think about the huge distortions our brain makes on our vision. And I would say the vast majority of drivers HAVE NO IDEA how powerful this effect is.
