YES starting with me at King Edward Station is a big ask considering most driving schools will go right to your home. However for your health and less strain and less stress – starting in a super quiet area is a HUGE component in ensuring SUCCESS on this learning to drive journey.

I strongly advice this to anyone learning to drive with or without anxiety! Especially important for stress, fear and anxiety issues.

  • Clean & Legal car
  • One hour warm-up before
  • If ICBC time is 3:00, we meet at 2:00 for warm-up.
  • Test times of 3:15 require you arrive at 3:00 (15 minutes early).
  • Please expect 2.5 hours from beginning to end with registration times, etc.
  • Must drive a week or more before test day to gain approval to use our cars
  • Same car you did your previous training in

Driving Lessons Notes

  • Each session is 1½ hours long
  • E-transfer fee to [email protected] or cash
  • Adding Road Test Day is optional
  • Please carry your actual license and glasses for each drive session
  • Must pay in full to receive Package Pricing
  • Cancel 24 hours prior of the lessons for any reason
  • Lessons not yet taken could be refunded
  • Note: 24 hours notice to cancel or there is a $50 late charge

Road Test Day Notes

  • Expect 2½ hours for Road Test
  • 60-minute warm up before Road Test
  • Arrive at test center 15 minutes before test time
  • Exam typically starts within 15 minutes of scheduled time
  • Exam typically runs for approximately 40 minutes (26 min driving)
  • Ending ICBC paperwork takes about 15 minutes
  • Use the same car you trained in. Or use your our car. Take the car you are most comfortable with
  • IMPORTANT NOTE – you must take one 1½ hours lesson well before the Road Test day to qualify to use our car for exam day. Also it is our call if you are safe or not. If not, we will not supply you with the car.

REFERRED BY COOPER. I understand that money is a huge part of learning to drive. Because of this maybe I can assist you a bit if my rates seem too high. Contact me, and I can refer you to a junior trainer I know well who operates his own fully legal and registered driving service at $150 for 90-minute lessons. Maybe this will help. 🙂 Mixing in this referral while working with Cooper is also a GREAT STRATEGY to get more exposure to the learning process. Whatever works, let us do it!

I believe that any and all exposure to different cars and different opinions on driving or learning is valuable! Give yourself as much exposure as you can before setting out on your own. Even low-quality training helps because it sets you on a journey to find higher quality.

This lifelong life-and-death driving skill, in my opinion, should not go to the lowest-quality teacher.
