I Believe in Transparency
Because You Deserve the Truth

When I started training drivers over 47 years ago, I made a promise to myself: I’d never hide what I bring to the table. Driving isn’t just a skill—it’s a lifelong responsibility that can mean the difference between safety and tragedy. That’s why I’m stunned to see so many driving schools in Vancouver and beyond refuse to share their instructors’ qualifications.
What are they hiding? I’ll tell you: most instructors complete a basic 3.5-week course, get their license, and stop there. No advanced training. No crash research. No professional development. Just the bare minimum to get you to pass a test and move on.
I’m different. I’ve spent decades building expertise that goes far beyond the industry standard, and I’m proud to prove it. Below are my qualifications—every certification, every course, every experience I’ve earned to keep you safe on the road.
Compare that to the typical 3.5-week training most schools offer, and you’ll see why 80% of my clients come to me after terrible experiences with other instructors. They’ve seen the difference, and I want you to see it too.
My Qualifications: A Lifetime of Learning for Your Safety
Why Don’t Other Schools Publish Their Qualifications?
I’ve searched far and wide, and I can’t find another driving school in Vancouver—or anywhere else—that openly shares their instructors’ credentials.
Why? Because most schools rely on the minimum: a 3.5-week course that hasn’t changed in decades. They don’t dig into crash research, cognitive science, or the long-term risks of driving. They don’t invest in ongoing training. And they don’t want you to know that. Instead, they make empty promises—“92% pass rate,” “top instructors”—with no proof. I’ve seen school owners who don’t even understand basic traffic laws or crash charges. How can they teach you to stay safe?

The Industry is Stuck — But I’m Not

The driver training industry often uses methods from 73 years ago, ignoring modern discoveries in cognitive science and crash research. It’s a male-dominated field focused on quick test passes, not lifelong safety. I took the same 3.5-week course as everyone else, and I was shocked—it’s the same outdated material I learned 40 years ago. Meanwhile, I’ve spent my career advancing my skills, from skid school to corporate training, ensuring I can teach you what really matters: how to manage risk for life, not just for a test.
Choose Safety, Choose Transparency
80% of my clients come to me after terrible experiences with other instructors. They’ve seen the difference my training makes—whether we’re downtown, on the highway, or at the test route. I’m not here to get you on the road as fast as possible. I’m here to keep you safe for a lifetime. That’s why I publish my qualifications: so you can see the facts, compare for yourself, and make an informed choice. Don’t settle for empty promises. Choose a trainer who proves their expertise—because your safety deserves nothing less.

I dare you to compare. Go try another instructor, then come and try me. I dare you to compare. And if they are better than I, the session with me is free.
